Technical depth with a practical mindset.

I enjoy taking a problem from requirements to implementation — understanding what is needed, designing the system, building the solution, and improving it through testing and iteration.

My work spans full-stack applications, machine learning, AI, numerical computing, databases, operating systems, networking, and web development. I also bring hands-on customer and operations experience from managing daily activity in a service business.

Crohn’s Disease Lesion Classification

Developed an AI-based framework for classifying Crohn’s disease lesions from endoscopic images, combining deep-learning feature extraction with topology-aware analysis and test-time techniques.

  • Worked with ResNet18, DenseNet121 and Vision Transformer architectures.
  • Explored Topological Data Analysis (TDA), persistent homology and TTA.
  • Compared deep-learning and feature-based machine-learning approaches.

Vehicle Maintenance Prediction

Built a machine-learning pipeline to predict vehicle maintenance risk using operational, historical and condition-based vehicle data.

  • Prepared features including mileage, vehicle age, service history, reported issues and tire condition.
  • Evaluated Decision Tree, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, Extra Trees, KNN and Naive Bayes models.
  • Used model comparison and tuning to improve predictive performance.

CPU Heat Distribution

Modeled two-dimensional heat distribution in a CPU using numerical methods to study temperature behavior and computational stability.

  • Applied the 2D heat equation and an explicit finite-difference scheme.
  • Investigated stability, discretization and numerical error.
  • Implemented simulation and visualization in MATLAB.

Linux Character Device Driver

Implemented a Linux character device driver in User-Mode Linux with multiple minor devices and kernel-level I/O behavior.

  • Added read/write operations backed by a 4 KB circular buffer.
  • Validated functionality using shell tests and kernel logs.

Designed a relational inventory system and Python GUI to support business inventory operations and stock tracking.

  • Created database schema and ER model with normalized relationships.
